TEM Video Capture

1. Start up as if you were going to take still images.    
2. Click on the Start View button in the Camera View panel. VIEW
3.Click on the Start Video button on the bottom of the Digital Streaming Video panel. You could also click on the DVCapture pull-down bar and click on Start Capture. The two options do the same thing. VIEW
4. Open up Windows Movie Maker (WMM). VIEW
5. Click "Capture from video device" on the upper left side of the screen in WMM. VIEW
6. A Video Capture Device window will appear. Click Next >. VIEW
7. In the Captured Video File window type in your file name and select the location in which you would like to save. Click Next >. VIEW
8. In the Video Setting window, make sure that the recommended settings option is selected. Click Next >. VIEW
9. In the Capture Video window, click Start Capture, and initiate the experiment on the TEM. When you have captured enough video click Stop Capture. VIEW
10. Click Finish and you can preview your video file. VIEW
11. In Gatan DigitalMicrograph software, click on Stop Video and Stop View.
