System Requirements
To view this eTraining module online, a recent browser and broadband (cable or DSL) connection are preferred. Firefox, Safari, and Chrome are recommended browser choices.
The browser must have Flash Player 9 or higher installed. Check your player version and platform support for that version. If you see illustrations and animations but no video, then you have an earlier version of Flash plug-in.
Javascript is required for the tree menu, Flash animation and video display, the Quicklist drop-down menu, and photo slideshows.
Audio is required for most videos, though text transcripts are provided.
