Shut Down
- Turn off the computer.
- Turn off the transmitted light source.
- Remove your sample from the microscope.
- Record the ending time and the hours displayed on the fluorescence light source in the logbook.
- Turn off the fluorescence light source.
- Replace the cover on the microscope.
